Dmitry was immediately responsive each time we contacted him, and he scheduled repair technician Tony to come to our home either the same day or the next day. Tony is amazing. He was able to get our old Amana side-by-side refrigerator/freezer working again after two different parts failures, and help us get through the long delivery delays for appliances during COVID until we could get a replacement refrigerator. Tony also quickly diagnosed and repaired a problem with our Magic Chef gas stove/oven, and on another trip with our Maytag dryer. On all these visits Tony was courteous, clear in explaining the problem, and efficient in making the repair via parts replacement at a very fair price. "We have used this company many times before. Recently, we moved to a new house and most of appliances are brand new and very expensive. Our Viking range was making clicking noise and wont ignite or do anything. We call these guys, Gena came out and figured out the issue. Since it is Viking range, he didn't have any parts on him and we were waiting for parts to come in for about a week but after that, the repair went smooth. The range is working fine! I think he replaced the spark module and few other small parts! I would recommend them!"
