"When my water heater failed, I decided to replace the unit. I received quotes from severaI plumbing contractors and selected Atlanta Tankless and Water Heater. The owner, Donald Rogerson, assessed the situation and, unlike the other contractors, provided me with options for replacement of the water heater. He was intelligent, knowledgeable and courteous. On the day of installation, he completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. Donald is the ultimate professional!"

"Everything went perfectly! The information that the company prior to installation in changed in water heater (as of 4-15) was extremely helpful! They are very knowledgeable about their products and services.

"Estes has been providing my service for approximately 10 years. Always prompt, courteous and very accommodating. They recently (June 2019) replaced my hot water heater and installed new HVAC system. An awesome crew performed the installation and was very thorough in explaining all of the new components to me. Also the gentleman who came to my home when the unit needed replacing was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and insured that all of my questions and concerns were addressed before he left."

"The previous co. installed our water heater 6mos ago, TE Tech. saw that it wasn’t in code & releasing gas , he brought to code & fixed the gas issues. He cleaned up, great workmanship, knowledgeable about his field, I feel I can trust their work."

"Job well done. They had to adjust the water heater stand height. They had to fit water heater fit in a very tight space. Adam and his brother Brandon had the smile the whole time. I enjoyed their service."

"It went well! Matt and TC at Plumb Life ATL are very professional and communicative. Matt called the day before to let us know when the plumber, TC would be arriving. On the day we were scheduled, TC called an hour before he was scheduled to let us know when he'd be arriving. TC was very punctual and determined to find the source of our water leak. He removed the water heater in less than no time. Then he explained to my wife and I that he needed to cut into the wall to find the leak. He then neatly cut into the wall and found rusty nails all throughout our piping. He removed the damaged pipe and neatly installed new piping in that area. We no longer have a water leak issue thanks to TC and Matt. Matt was also very communicative from the onset to the conclusion of the work. We highly recommend their services. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Outstanding company of real professionals. Work performed: 1. All power receptacles and switches were upgraded (new parts replaced old, wornout parts). 2. Assembled and install two (2) new customer supplied ceiling fans . 3. Provided and installed new 15A convenience 0utlet. 4. Provided and installed single pole 15A/20A arc fault breaker I have an eye for detail. Minor discrepancies leap out to me as well as minor work done well. Perhaps, twenty-two years in the military created this effect upon me. Sometimes it's a blessing and sometimes a curse as I find myself unable to accept minor, shoddy work. Example: All of the screws to the new face plates for receptacles and switches were oriented with the screwdriver slots in the vertical position. This was not done by chance by the team's three electricians but by their attention to detail and uniformity. If the small things are done perfectly, I feel it is safe to assume that all of the larger work is too. I have four more electrical projects to be accomplished and TE Certified Electricians will be my "go-to" company for these activities. I highly recommend TE Certified Electricians for your electrical projects."

"My water heater was replaces, Scott replace a part in my showerhead in the master bath he also unclog a toilet .I have not seen great service like this in years. Most company now day’s don’t give good customer service.. most companies just want the money but won’t provide that service well. "Rooter ProXpress was cordial, efficient and very professional. I hired them to remove my tank water heater and install a tankless water heater. The plumbing technician came out to evaluate the work to be done. He was very knowledgeable and said I would need an electrician. The electrician came the following day and explained in detail the work he needed to do. The following day both the electrician and the plumbing tech came together and installed the tankless water heater. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. I will use Rooter ProXpress for future projects and highly recommend them."
