I asked him if he was going to repair it and he stated they do not do patch work. If that is the case, they should hire a patch guy, that can repair and paint. The technicians were well dressed (in uniforms), drove company trucks with logos, used masks and foot protection to respect the house and the client, gave written quotes along with professionally printed company information. All the signs pointed to “highest quote” and my mind was screaming it the whole time. Even with the overhead, they ended up being the lowest cost. They maintained professionalism throughout the install and included all services (needed new electrical service run for a mini-split that we were adding). This was a big job, replacing 2 full HVAC units and adding the mini-split. Can’t recommend enough."
