"From the initial sales call with Mike to working out the contract details with Meghan to the installation with Ryan and Mack, I was consistently impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of Quinn Windows. Not once did I second guess my decision to go with them. The sales presentation was very low pressure, making sure all my questions were answered and giving me time to evaluate the information and make my decision. I put my deposit down in mid-July and the windows were installed 8/25 which I felt was an excellent turnaround compared with what some of my neighbors have experienced with other companies. The installation team, Ryan and Mack, were great. They worked ten plus hours in my un-air-conditioned house on one of the hottest days this summer and took the time to get every detail right and then cleaned up everything before they left. Completed the removal of my old smoke detector and install of my new smoke/carbon monoxide detector. "

"It start out with him want 50.00 dollar for the time slot. We agree on the quote and when he got here he change the price to hang the living room curtain. I send him pictures of everything and he said he didn't know that the windows was that long. He start to do and said he couldn't do it. He paint my ceiling a different color in the bedroom and the vents in which he didn't suppose to and said he didn't do that but he did. He broke my night stand and didn't tell me about until I ask him He said he was to busy to tell me about it. I ask him when was he coming back to correct these problems he said he got other project to work on and offer me 200.00 dollar today. I have been trying to get in touch with everyday this happens. He lied about everything he said he didn't do. All of our ceiling are white and vents. Got before and after pictures. I asking him for my money back accept for the TV and curtain robs. He use up some expensive paint we had in basement for another project to paint the ceiling in the bedroom, bedroom that he supposed not have painted the ceiling and vents."
