"Excellent service. Prompt, great communication and very fair price. Carefully replaced window glass. Highly recommended."

"Company showed up on time and repaired screen door instantly. I even inquired about sun screens for the outside windows and would not hesitate having them install screens in the future. Only less than stellar rating was for price on repair work but it could be the going rate."

"American Home Renewal did an excellent job. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, especially when dealing with the special circumstances and constraints of retrofitting windows within the guidelines of an HOA. Mark who ran my initial estimate and supported the project through the end of the contract creation and signing was always available to answer questions and willing to help out when I needed support with my HOA. The installation team did a wonderful job, they were prompt, professional, and courteous. And when I discovered several tears in one of the screens about a month after the project, AHR sent someone right out to fix it. I am extremely happy with my new windows - the house is much warmer and quieter now, and I've already recommended the company to several of my neighbors."

"JC was on time and fixed all of my door handles. He was knowledgeable and even changed a part on my toilet. I’ll be using him for more home projects in the future!"

"Very friendly and the crew cleans up after repairs and service is complete. No hidden charges ! We have used their service twice and have pre booked additional services in the Spring . What a blessing to find such a great dependable company with integrity ."

"Felipe and his crew did a relatively large project for me to repair a 120 sq ft cottage that sits at the top of the hill in my backyard. Originally there were trees running through the cottage and surrounding deck, but the trees had to be removed. Felipe patched the hole in, and replaced the shingles on, the roof; replaced the ceiling wood planks and installed new flooring inside the cottage; replaced the surrounding deck; designed and built new stairs going up the hill; and reinforced the support for the whole structure. Also installed a mini split (combination air conditioner/ heat pump). Workmanship was outstanding, lots of attention to detail. The crew arrived promptly at the stated time and were very polite. Once started, they worked without interruption until the project was complete (~2 weeks). Very thorough clean-up. Communication with Felipe was excellent. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"Very professional and showed up on time . Carlos knew what he was doing and for a reasonable price. I would recommend going with caliber for home repairs."

"Very quick to respond to my inquiry. Was out and completed the job within 2.5 hours to fix a broken board in my fence."
