"Thomas M was an excellent technician and did great work fixing all the basement windows around the house. These windows are difficult to find a replacement but he was able to repair and repaint them. The other technician was Pablo He worked on caulking all the windows around the house and he did some filling work on the garage sliding doors You did a good job, but Pablo left his trash around and didn’t pick up after himself so Thomas M and I did that on the third day. It took three days total, but it was two men for two days and one man for a 3/4 of a day actually. Although I’ll probably get charged for a full day, since it went past noon. The labor portion is the most expensive and a little higher than I initially anticipated. So, I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but overall quality work was completed. I would highly recommend Thomas M as a technician to do future work. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job. I would hire again but include more details in the contract language."

"Excellent experience! Ferny was right on time to give me a fair estimate for some minor work to be done repairing doors, fixing drywall, and painting over it. We promptly agreed to his estimate and he returned just about an hour later to do the job (the timing worked for us). Ferny and Carlos exceeded all of our expectations: the work was flawless and fast, and they left the place sparkling clean. Another issue regarding a leak came up while Ferny was still in the house. Lucky for us, Ferny was willing to consult on the problem and provided a quick fix at no extra charge, along with suggestions on how to avoid the problem in the future.
