I would have given 5 stars but Greg who removed our window used a crowbar of some type and bent the inside framing. He fixed them once the window in place, but I do no like the bent frame. Also did not clean up the inside dust and mess on our countertops and sinks. I had to pull out my own vacuum and clean up. Otherwise, work was good and I would use them again. Elena at the home office is always helpful and good about calling."
