"The workmanship on the install was fantastic. The quoting process was easy & straightforward. Stars deducted bevause it took a very long time. I placed the order in Aug 2025, and the final work was not completed until June 2026. Nearly every window had service issues with broken pieces, dangerously sharp (and ugly) welds, etc. I also ordered a custom color that was not the same color as the chip I selected. Zen was responsive, but took several trips and many months to complete. In the end, I still didn?t get the color I expected. They sent delicious cookies asking for a review, several months before the install was complete. The quality of the windows is not at all as expected. The install around the window was sealed, insulated, and caulked well (very neatly done). However, the actual windows are not efficient. I've been through six months of cold and hot, and my HVAC energy usage has gone up not down. I can feel cold/heat radiating through. Very poor quality product."

"Fantastic experience! After having a few windows broken by vandalism, Gladiator Glass came out the same day for an emergency board up. They immediately ordered the replacement windows and repaired the broken windows as soon as it the parts arrived. Outstanding communication throughout the entire process! A+"

"Jordan replaced my glass that was fogged. He was timely and nice to work with. I would definitely recommend him."

"We used Window Source of the Carolinas to replace all the windows in my mom's house. They did a great job! Their windows are a great quality and reasonably priced. There is also no pressure tactics used in their presentations. I highly recommend them and will look to them to replace the windows in my own home when that time comes."

"Sal was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to phone calls and set up my appointment promptly. Sal replaced a rotting fascia board and rotting siding. He gave me options for different materials that could be used to fix the problems and was upfront about the differences in cost. The work was done to my satisfaction and I would definitely hire Sal again.

"Everything was done great except some defective screens. Also My lawn by the window was muddied up and I need to have fixed."

"This is a great company with a awesome product. At a minimum, have one of their extremely knowledgeable representatives give you a demonstration of the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each and every window. The money you spend, you’ll save 10-fold from energy savings, looks, and of course resale."

"Took awhile to assess what was needed to complete job and to go pick up required materials. Sanded area and then spray painted with both an undercoat and two coats of semi-gloss. At that point, the unevenness across the job was clearly visible. It was uncertain whether curing the paint overnight would solve the problem or whether another coat was needed. I contacted Vince the next day and we decided that his painter would come the next day to apply another coat at no extra charge. That did the trick. The job is complete and looks like new. The worker also repaired the caulking on a window above the flashing when he was here the first day, something extra that he wasn’t required to do."

"Garth did an absolutely amazing job putting up a shelf / coat rack and fixing a toilet dispenser in our guest bathroom. From beginning to end his professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. The work is top-notch and he completed on time and within budget. He kept the workspace tidy and was incredibly respectful of our home. I highly recommend Garth and Dynasty Development for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work."

"I love the new Windows but the communication needs improved. I'm still waiting on cosmetic repairs."
