"Very professional and easy to work with on repairs !!!"

"They were on time, efficient, pleasant and responsible. They made a mistake and fixed it, then pointed out where the wood was rotting and were able to repair it immediately. I was so pleased I asked them to paint the soffits, etc. and I plan to use them again in the spring to repair some other items. I also referred them to several friends. I especially appreciated that the price was reasonable and there was no hard sell. The inspection of the work after it was finished was also very good. Thank you to Jamie, Edgar and Louis & crew."

"The install went great. Very quick and kept us in the loop. Had an issue after the install and getting someone to fix the issue was rather difficult as the person I talked to was quite dodgy and short with me. Would not respond to calls and kept missing self imposed deadlines to get back to me. Finally got someone to make the repairs."

"The work performed by Mike Maintenance was phenomenal. They were professional, highly skilled and very flexible with time scheduling and management. They were very friendly and paid great respect to my townhouse and clean up. Even when problems arised with repair to an attached house fixture, they were able to analyze and solve it satisfactory. They explain everything upfront of what is needed to accomplish the work and what to expect when it's completed. I would highly recommended Mike Maintenance for your repair and installation needs."

"Excellent. Team is very responsive, easy to work with, wonderful people. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Would call them again for any of my home repair needs."

"Final effort to repair damage to front yard done by delivery of materials to site was poor-mulch rather than top soil lowered my evaluation."
