"We hired Cransten, Inc to address an extensive laundry list of items that needed repair in our newly purchased home. Not many companies or individuals are interested in this type of work we found. Cransten Inc was very responsive and professional when contacted and they were willing to send someone immediately to help us. Aaron called the night before our appointment and introduced himself, told us a bit about his background and inquired about the nature of our repairs. He arrived the next day and efficiently and expertly took care of all of our items which included plumbing, taking down a heavy curtain rod, fixing a blocked downspout, cutting shelving for a bookcase, aligning cupboard doors, fixing broken hinges, caulking in the bathroom, repairing wood trim. Aaron has a wide array of skills and was able to address everything we asked of him. Beyond his great skill set, Aaron is professional, pleasant and dogged in his willingness to make things right. Being totally unhandy ourselves we are very happy we found Aaron and Cransten, Inc. we will definitely call upon them again."

Also, he always thinks in our shoes to help you save money. He gave us lots of good suggestions and took advantage of some wasted materials. We worked with him for about three months, and witnessed that he built the restaurant up. If there is one thing I would complain, I would say that he probably have higher standards than people who hired him. So, if you want to assist him in his work, make sure that you can do as good as he does. Or ask him how you can do that better, he is willing to show you the way."
