Very pleased with this service, and customer interaction, very timely. He explained the potential future issues I could expect with my 20 year old roof, but did not pressure to upsale me on something I didn't need right away. I will look to him when I do get ready to replace my whole roof. I am picky, an extreme do it yourselfer, an Engineer, and it's hard to find something involving a house I don't have a pretty good knowledge about, but I was impressed with this company and discussing roofing and best practices that suited my needs. "Overall they were quick to respond, set up estimate, and once booked was able to perform work within a few days (after 72 hour contract signing). Francisco was very up front and honest. The two gentlemen that came to do the repair work were very nice and answered any questions I had. Couldn't asked for nicer people. Their customer service skills were top notch as well as the work they performed. My only reason for 4.5 stars was they were a little bit late but not drastically and I had to call the office to make sure they were still going to show up. Again once they showed up they got right to work and did a wonderful job. I've already given their name and number to a friend of mine for her to get an estimate on her house. If I need more work done or once I need a complete roof replacement, I will be calling them."
