"Matt James is very dependable, does what he says hes going to do, and stand behind his work."

"A first time apartment owner and landlord, I needed major plumbing services within the first 6 months of ownership. The first time was a series of gas leaks which were quickly repaired by Western Rooter. The second time was the significant work of adding 2 gas meters and the requisite task of re-routing/adding gas piping. I simply cannot recommend Daniel Westereng and Western Rooter enough. Although the owner John came out to assist in the final bid, Daniel and I worked consistently with SoCal Gas to coordinate the improvements. Daniel was quick to return texts, calls, e-mails and worked diligently with all the parties to get the job done. If you need a plumber, save time and call Western Rooter. Tell them to send Daniel Westereng and he will do a fantastic job!"

"Excellent. Victor was prompt, knowledgeable and understood what I needed and repaired everything quickly. I will definitely use him again for future repairs and/or projects. I highly recommend him."

"We’ve used this plumbing company multiple times across several properties and have always had a great experience. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond whenever we need service. It’s hard to find honest plumbers with real experience, and these guys definitely know what they’re doing. Every job has been handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. Communication is always excellent, pricing is fair, and they consistently deliver quality work. We truly appreciate having someone reliable we can count on for our properties. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dependable and experienced plumber. Five stars all the way."

"Mike was great with explaining everything that needed to be done and why, without upselling anything unnecessary. He, along with Ivan and Zach, put in several hours of work in the hot sun and got everything done quickly. I’m quite happy to have found a plumber I can trust!"

"Highly recommend! Sweetwater called right away in response to my online inquiry and came out that same day. We had a backed up bathroom sink and needed two leaky outdoor faucets repaired. They gave a free, reasonable estimate and after a quick trip for supplies, completed all our jobs within a couple of hours. Very polite, clean and efficient. They even sent a thank you card! Will definitely be our new go-to provider for plumbing needs."
