They could have offered me a discount because of the problems we had and then part of the installation that they were supposed to do they decided couldn't get done but I was able to find a handy man. He was not professional but he was able to fix the problem so I was disappointed that they couldn't have done it in the first place since I was paying certified plumber's prices.
