"Avoid them..cleaver bait & switch job (illegal to NC LAW!) cost us elder & handicapped individuals (Illegal to NC DOJ) instead of repair & replace ridge ventilator as instructed by our insurance adjuster report, cleaver Roof Pro Salesman fooled us into getting shingle shabby tar patch up pressure washing for 4K than just 1.5 k ventilator job and perhaps new shingles in which our insurance definite would drop us at upcoming policy renewal due to Helene damaged @ most of WNC. We have been asking whole picture of ventilator but instead of handful or hidden parts until they done with job that shocked us that ventilator indeed is bad shape & the ins adjuster was right all along.. cleaver Roof Pro salesman tell us the botched shingle tar job was done before they do the job but we saw the earlier picture of the exact location was not even touch at all.. they refused to fix it & demand the money right away.. that is absoutely elder & handicapped abusing.. the NC DOJ would love to hear that! Local pressure washing & handyman you would not cost more than 500 than 4K Bait & Switich job! Please, please get at least 4-5 quotes before decide Angi ppl should considering before keep RRG at the preferred roof job as our insurance co does not have them in the list!"

"Lucas came out to inspect my roof where I noticed two shingles had been displaced by wind. He climbed up on the roof, confirmed the work that needed to be done and gave me a reasonable quote to take care of it right away. I agreed and he set about his work (fortunately, he had the matching shingles on his truck). When finished, he offered to walk around the roof and look for other areas of concern. He found two spots which were damaged by birds, and took care of them as well at no additional charge. After he was finished, we discussed the overall condition of the roof and he told me that I could easily get a couple of more years out of it, which is what I was hoping to hear. I plan to screen in my back deck and we discussed the roof work that would be done, and some options for finishes, etc. I appreciate the time he took to answer my questions and his quality of work, as well as his friendly demeanor. I will definitely contact him when I'm ready to proceed. "

"After sustaining tornado damage to our cabin roof in May, we contracted with RRG Roofing. The contract stated specific structural carpentry work to be done to repair damage. RRG requested, and was given, more money over and above the original adjuster's estimate to cover this damaged area. However, the RRG "carpentry", and I use the term loosely, was substandard and would never have passed an inspection. (RRG didn't pull a permit for this job, although one was required by the county for structural work.) This substandard work, which for brevity purposes was new structural lumber sections not being scabbed in or attached in any way, was pointed out to multiple RRG people the day of the roof job, including the crew leader, project manager, and the original salesman. Pictures were also provided multiple times to multiple people at the RRG main office, including the Warranty specialist and the Production manager. RRG was also notified in writing of all deficiencies, including this. RRG refuses to address this issue, although it was documented in the same photos as other significant issues they have addressed. The sales manager, whose name had been given to us several times as the person who could work with us on this issue, flatly refused to do so. This job was paid in full, and we had faith that RRG would stand behind their work and address any and all deficiencies."

"Starting with Bobby Wiggins, through to the project managers, Gabe and Creighton, our roof install was incredibly effortless. They all have a level of professionalism that is very refreshing to encounter. The job was performed on time, despite some challenging weather issues. All throughout they effectively communicated all aspects of the process and were extremely responsive to any inquiries. I would highly recommend Accent Roofing to anyone who might be hesitant of dealing with Roofing companies. They truly deliver above and beyond."

"After the high pressure sales tactics and 4 hours, we decided to have 12 windows replace. They sold us on the lifetime warranty for product and installation. 10 years later the uv coating is failing and looks tremble. Called their customer service # and was informed that the manufacturer canceled the warranty and will not replace the window sashes without me paying $180 per sash. Each window has 2 sashes and would be $360 per windows times 12 windows equals $4320. Don't fall for their tactics and fake warranties. "
