"I could not have been more pleased by the work and the professionalism and the cost and the results. ABI was the first company to respond to my request for bids on the project. They were at the house within days of the request and were knowledgeable about putting insulation over light fixtures embedded in the ceiling. The attic did not have access from within or outside the house and they problem-solved this in a way that was a great solution. They lay down mats so as not to dirty up the carpets and stairs and they wore gear to protect themselves from the insulation. MY house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. All of the people working on the project were professional and knowledgeable and the cost was extremely reasonable. For the first time this winter, my house feels like it can hold the heat. Looking forward to this summer, because I'm betting it will also improve my air conditioning!"

"DON?T ever hire this company. They came and put six mice bait boxes in my house, tracked in mud and snow on my floors and carpeting. Also the technician was taking my bait stations I had previously put down and putting them into her box. Complete THEFT!!! No exclusions done. Please do not hire this company. As of today, 5/2/23, our area has experienced a great deal of rain, which would have caused our basement to flood in previous years. "I am not happy with the advantage plan because this is the second time I needed service on my furnace in the dead of winter and they don?t honor the plan by getting a pro out here to fix it right away but instead they make me wait 1-2 days before they send a pro. That?s leaving me with no heat and dealing with the outcome of frozen pipes. An added expenses to be monthly budget. They said there are other clients with emergency heating problems so that means my heating problems isn?t an emergency. In addition they said they don?t have enough pro to service me. I don?t feel value as a client with them. I feel like my heating issues don?t matter to them as much as someone else. In addition I live in a 55 plus community so why is my heating issue not considered an emergency too. The installation went smoothly and they resolved any issues that arise during installation. I thought I went with a good company that care of their customers but I am definitely second guessing that. "
