"Excellent experience. Drake arrived as scheduled and went to work immediately. He sealed off the bathroom which kept dust from escaping. The process took about hours. The tub looks wonderful, much better than I expected. I would definitely hire them again and I do recommend them. They are professional, courteous and they clean up after the job is complete."

"I Asked Angie's List for help in finding a provider that could replace 4 damaged kitchen tiles.  They provided me 3 names and after reviewing reports I decided to try Tub Company.  I sent email with pics of the tile and in a day or two received a call from Jeff, the owner.  I explained I had replacement tiles and original grout. He asked a few questions but felt the pics provided enough info to give a bid over the phone.  I agreed and we set up an appointment.  Eli showed up.  He was very professional and courteous.  He did state the repair would kick up a lot of dust as grout would have to be cut with grinder.  Jeff had already alerted me to that over the phone.  Importantly I did express my concern about limiting the dust as best as possible.  Eli really did do a good job of sealing off the area as best as he could with plastic.  He also covered the kitchen cabinets, opened window and placed a fan in it to draw as much as possible outside.  He also used a grinder that had some sort of vacuum to draw as much of the dust as he could. Eli replaced three of the tiles and was able to patch a small chip in one tile so it did not need replacing, thereby saving me one of the few replacement tiles I had left in case I need a future repair.  Can't tell where chip was.  Good match. He set the tile and then let it sit overnight to get a good seal.  He then came back next morning and grouted.
I can't believe how much better the flooring looks in the kitchen.  I guess we just tolerated the cracked tiles and got used to it. My wife and I are very pleased with the job Tub Company did.

They were personable, always on time and they kept me informed if they were going to be early or later than usual. "GCS did an excellent job executing a pretty complicated project. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. The bid that Dennis provided was very detailed and thorough. He came by several times to take measurements and ask questions about our intentions and goals for the project. He also had his electrical and HVAC subcontractors contact us to gather information about the project. It took about two weeks for the bid to be completed, which caused us to get a little impatient, but the final result was far more complete and thorough than any of the other bids we received. The cost was also very competitive. Work started soon after we signed the contract. Dennis did a very good job of coordinating the the tasks, including bringing the various subcontractors to the site in a timely manner, and within about 6 weeks we had the foundations poured and the basic framing done on the 8'x10' kitchen addition and the 16'x20' 1st floor bedroom/basement addition. Dennis' team were receptive to the changes to the plan (there will always be changes to the plan) that we asked for. The changes were documented, invoiced and priced reasonably. There was a lot of inside work to perform, so that took another 3 months or so. Insulation, drywalling, drywall finishing, carpet removal and installation, removal of the old kitchen cabinets and appliances, etc. Again, Dennis did a good job of scheduling the various specialists to come in and do their thing. Dennis was very responsive to any issues or concerns that came up through text messaging or by phone. Problems: Main issue was that the pace of work in the middle of the project was slower than we would have liked. This was mostly an issue with one individual worker. Overall: We are very happy with the results of the project and would recommend GCS highly. Attached picture is of the kitchen interior just prior to completion. It is exactly what we had envisioned."

"Discouraged in my search for someone to remodel my bathroom, I stopped by the Re-bath facility in Fenton to ask questions. Angie met me at the door and was very pleasant while she explained the process and the product - no high pressure at all. Impressed by what I saw and heard, I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate. Linda was my design consultant. She showed up on time and brought all of her samples with her. We had a great time picking out my products (shower/bath, vanity, countertop, flooring, hardware). Linda had fantastic ideas for my space, and measured accurately. A few days later my product was ordered and approximately 4 to 6 weeks later Angie called with an install date. Brendan was my installer. He showed up on time, was very friendly, organized, detailed and neat. He completed the project in 2 1/2 days. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! If you are considering a bathroom remodel, I encourage you to consider Re-bath. They are professionals that are comparably priced and offer long-term warranties."

"Excellent! Dunn Home Improvement remodeled my dated kitchen and removed a wall. It was a project with many changes due to delays and discontinued products I selected. They were very patient and responsive with me when I was reworking my over all design. Their workmanship is exceptional and they are great a keeping the job area clean. Plus, they are prompt and responsive! Experts in all things construction!"

"Mr. Hoover did a great job.  He was out of town when I initially e-mailed him, but he replied to my e-mail and let me know when he would be back in town.  He contacted me when he returned and set up an appointment for the next week to give an estimate.  He was punctual and professional.  We scheduled the repairs to be done the following Monday (patching) and Tuesday (texture and paint, after previous day's work had dried).  I like that he gives an hour window for his arrival time rather than expecting us to be home all day or even all morning.  He worked with my schedule since I pick up and drop off at two different schools.  Again he was very professional and did a fantastic job!  As a side note, he is also very patient and understanding.  I failed to tell my four year old not to touch in time.  Fortunately, Mr. Hoover had not left yet and was very kind about coming back in to retouch the spot.  When I had our son apologize, Mr. Hoover told him it was alright and he probably would have done the same thing at that age.  From a mom's perspective, that was priceless.
