"I was familiar with Steve Morgan Pressure Washing and Painting from a small job a few years ago and was pleased with the work. This time we had a much bigger project. We had all sidewalks, driveway, cement patio deck, pool cage, garage door, and front exterior of our home pressure washed. They also cleaned our (very hard to reach) gutters. Our house almost looks like it was repainted. Beautiful! We were also contemplating resurfacing our patio, as a lot of it was "chipping up". "Initial experience was very good. Primary goal was clean and seal patio, but we also used them to clean screens, pressure wash, and some light paver repair. They worked around weather issues to complete the job in a timely fashion. The issue I have is with the quality of the seal job. In only about 6-9 months, we began to see weeds growing throughout the patio. My expectation would be at least 12-18 months, if not longer."
