"The job went very well. I live in a historical part of Miami off the Miami River so I needed a Certificate of Appropriateness for my paint colors from the preservation board of the city of Miami. Reef Tropical Cleaning & Services is aware of the application process an advised me how to obtain the COA which was very easy to complete. After my paint colors were approved, Victor and his paint crew came out and assessed the exterior of the home. My house as I stated is historical so it has some unique architectural characteristics that require special attention. Reef Tropical Cleaning & Services paid attention to this and did an excellent job. They arrived on time everyday, early in the morning and ready to work. If you are an early riser, they will meet with you prior to you leaving to go to work to discuss concerns or questions relating to the job. They also were careful with the landscaping which I really appreciated. I also hired them to do other jobs such as patio screen installation, drywall and window blinds installation. "Before having the house painted, we had a landscape crew come out to trim and transplant all of the plants away from the house at least a foot or two so the exterior was ready to be worked on. After contacting Noel through his website and wrangling our schedules to match through a few phone calls, we had our estimate and an agreement reached within a week. <br /> Noel and his crew painted the exterior of our house ($3K) and painted & re-screened our back porch ($3K).  Originally, I was surprised by the high cost of the back porch part of the job, but I love the way everything has turned out. <br /> The covering of the windows showed that we have one which was not sealed tightly against air leaks (the plastic billowed out from the house), so Noel helped us to see that we should have our window installers come back out to reseal. He also advised us to get back-guards for our sprinklers so that they would not spray the house and discolor the paint over time. <br /> Our house hadn't been painted in at least 15 years, nor had it been cleaned. After the pressure washing, I was thrilled with the way the house looked without even being painted! The bleach solution did smell a bit, discolor some mulch, and make my plants a little unhappy for a week or so, but they bounced back with regular watering. <br /> We had great weather, so no rain delays. The entire job took less than a week. The painting is wonderful. We're very happy. Everything looks amazing, shiny, and new again. <br />"
