"After having really bad clogged sink & garbage disposal issues over several months I took advantage of a $39 special offered by this company.The service repairman, Chris, came on time, was very friendly and professional. It turned out my clogged sink needed much work. After failed attempts at trying to unclog the drains by indoor methods using several different lengths of snake, he ended up having to go on my roof a couple of times with his tools to finally be able to clear the drains. For awhile, it seemed nothing would work, but Chris expressed his determination and successfully completed the work.  For the first time in a long time, my drains work perfectly. His work time was approximately 2 hours. The total bill, not including the $39 special was 297.40, however, he gave me a $50 credit in place of the $39 so my balance ended up at $247.20. <em> (<br /> One quirk having nothing to do with the work but was a bit perplexing so I'll note it: Each time the office called me to either confirm the appointment or inform me Chris was on the way, the caller ID read 'Federal Express'. I don't pick up calls I don't have business with &/or recognize but  fortunately, I do have an account with FedEx so I picked up only to be surprised that it was the plumbing service. I could have missed the appointment. I reported this to the young lady after each call & suggested she might want to check with their phone company for an answer and resolution.)</em> <br />"

"We were having the problem in only one bathroom so because they couldn't come out until Monday wasn't a big issue. David showed up promptly as promised and surveyed the issue. He felt the problem was not with the bathroom, but rather the drain line to/from the sewer pipe going to the city. He scoped the line to the street & the scope revealed that a recent back up had occurred & in his opinion felt this had been the cause of our problem. David was very professional, courteous and someone who easily related to the consumer. A good plumbing experience!!!"

Harvey was very responsive to scheduling an estimate date as I thought the leak could be coming from the bathroom and we only have one bathroom in the house - he was also punctual and did not charge me for the estimate. Once we identified it was the kitchen he was clear in explaining how the work would be done and how much it would cost. The team who fixed the repair were punctual, respectful and fast, and also checked to be sure there were no other leaks under the house (Later confirmed by another service person who crawled under there - it was dry!)."

After talking to the guy on the phone I felt they really knew what they were doing and weren't afraid to tell me to ask another company on specific issues they didn't (regarding tying into a new irrigation system from the main line). I liked this. They were honest and told me exactly what they could do and were detailed, and when it was something they couldn't do, they didn't pretend. Price seemed fair and was a flat rate and comparable with other quotes. The guy who came and fixed the bibs was on time and fixed them rather quickly. Had he worked for one of the hourly companies I would have saved a little bit of money because he was done in no time, explained everything and showed me his work. Great job. <br />"
