"Bob and his crew did an outstanding job on all three projects. The first shed foundation required a lot of front end loading work with the township and Bob helped me navigate the process. All of the jobs required significant travel for Bob and his crew, but they arrived early everyday and worked long into the evening. Bob pays attention to the details and does not cut corners. "House was properly resupported and while digging for supports Gino noticed a larger water problem then originally thought. Additional sump pump and pit was suggested with extra drains prior to pouring concrete. I agreed and am glad I did. Pouring of concrete is complete. It's a large basement and as expected the concrete has a few spots that pool water. Gino has assured me that these spots will be leveled with a special concrete leveled in order to assure proper drainage in the event of water. Overall the sump pump system works well as it was tested with a large rainstorm.
