Only reason I gave a B is that he wasn't able to come earlier due to heavy scheduling and he had to cancel my original date due to a personal commitment. So it took almost a month and a half to get him out."

I called him back when I redid the floors in my kitchen, and he did another amazing job with it. He replaced my back fence from a chain link to a wood privacy fence.
