He unplugged the dryer, plugged it back in, found out it was in fact heating, and then checked out the entire system entirely and carefully, making sure to recheck everything twice. "Saturday November 22,2014, discovered that the washer is not draining tried trouble shooting as instructed on the manual but still won't work. So decided to look for a repair company on Angie's list. Tried to contact a few and left phone messages no one replied so went ahead a schedule for H & S Appliance repair and bought the coupon for large appliance repair for $74.00, called the company and left a voice messages and send them messages though Angie's list as well. I guess being weekend no one reply to my messages or calls. Really worried about getting my washer repair as soon as possible cause I had guess coming this Monday and staying for the rest of this week, so I decided to look online and called for other service provider . I was calling service providers until 8pm and then finally got hold of LG electronics 1800 number open 24 a day 7 days a week, and was lucky that they can schedule the repair this coming Monday morning with one of there service center near my place that's why I decided to cancel my order. I made a request if I can refund my purchase and Angie's list replied within 24 hours. Thank you for your prompt reply regarding my request. Will still highly recommend and use Angie's list for future services."

"Had been waiting several months for the part to come in. No fault of his at all. He stayed in contact with me the whole time letting me know that it was still on backorder. As soon as it came in he contacted me to get it installed. He came out after I got off work to get the circuit board replaced. It works great!
