"Our experience with Build The Bay on our bathroom remodel project was exceptional from start to finish. The scope of this project consisted of a complete remodel of 2 bathrooms at the same time. Our expectation and the general consensus with any remodel project is that it will be a very stressful experience as the inevitable hidden issues will be discovered leading to additional costs and our project was no exception. The communication with and received from Eitan and the Build The Bay team starting with the bidding process and ending with the final inspection went a long way to reducing our stress level throughout the project. The daily planning and communication gave us confidence in their experience and ability to manage the entire project no matter what issue came up. It was also evident that the work crew had the necessary skills to complete the many varied tasks the project required including framing, sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, tile, floors, windows, texture, paint, as well as the installation of the vanities and all of the additional finishes. The Project Manager Jesus and the entire crew were considerate of our living space and all were professional and friendly throughout the process. Upon completion of the project a deep cleaning was performed and the only evidence that remains of the entire 4 week process are 2 absolutely beautiful bathrooms constructed by Build The Bay!"

We know that is easier for us to ask than it is to fulfill in the challenging world of remodeling and staffing.
It really does take a village to coordinate and complete all of the various requirements -- material choices, teamwork, electrical, plumbing, tiling, and much more.
There are inconveniences, surprises, and a need for patience.

"When it comes to our living space we are very particular about how we want things to look. Ilan and his Sigura Pro Painting team handled every challenge we threw at them. We had a good amount of crown molding, trim, new baseboard and a few doors that we wanted to be finished with a super smooth finish. The masking and preparation were done very well and it gave us peace of mind. Our cabinetry needed a more modern look so we elected to paint them versus replacing them. Sigura Pro Painting obviously had the experience needed as they quickly removed all the doors, drawers, hardware and they handled them with care. They were very responsive when it came to any questions we had and the manager helped us select the best color combinations based on our house decor and furniture. Communication was clear and upfront and scheduling was always confirmed. Overall we are very happy that we went with Sigura Pro Painting and we have already recommended them to some of our friends.
