"We considered hardscaping our aging back yard and pool area for some time. System Pavers was one of the top of our list from my search. After we met a System Pavers rep at a commercial fair and discussed some of the aspects of what we wanted, I contacted them for an interview and evaluation. Patrick (Designer) came to our house fully prepared, discussed our desires, measured, took pictures, and came up with a preliminary plan. He went back to his office and prepared a very nice graphic design of suggestions and pricing. We reviewed the design and prices and returned to him with our budget. After discussions, he made further design changes to our liking and suggested we visit their warehouse to pick out pavers.
