".salesperson was David Kellar who was quite professional and easy to work with. he mismeasured one window but rectified it promptly.
installer was Craig, who was not very good. told me he would be on the jobsite whenever his guys were there - but he wasn't. also took a long time to come back and recaulk the subpar work his guys did.
as for the product - they are OK. just your basic vinyl windows. overall, i was pleased enough. would use them again."

"Charles called and let me know he was on the way to my house. He arrived on time and was very professional. He did an excellent job. He is knowledgeable about repairs and wants a satisfied customer. I will certainly hire Charles again. His cost was with materials which I also like."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"In order to install, they had to demo the old windows and re-create the openings to fit the new windows, as well as replace some siding. They did an excellent job, at a reasonable price for the amount of work it entailed."
