"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Many of our neighbors and friends have had roof leaks. Sometimes I would lie in bed at night trying to fall asleep wondering when we would have a leak and how much damage would occur inside our home when we did. Well, we decided to take action now rather than wait until we have a leak. I did lots of research and found a great company and product for our new roof. Tar paper is used by Robson as the underlayment for all our roofs here in Saddlebrooke. Tar paper dries out, cracks, and then leaks develop. Nails that hold the wood batten strips create holes in the tar paper and as the tar paper dries out, the nail holes create more leaks. A new underlayment product from APOC offers a 30-Year Warranty and does not contain any tar paper. It is called APOC Weather-Armor FT3. As the nails from the battens penetrate the Weather-Armor FT3, the Weather-Armor squeezes around each nail and seals it permanently. APOC Weather-Armor FT3 does not dry out and crack like tar paper. It stays soft and gooey inside. The special polymer is designed to seal the roof for 30 years. Unlike tar paper that is so easy to tear, I took a sample of Weather-Armor FT3 and tried with all my strength to rip it. Even though we thought we had no leaks, it turned out that they found 4 leaks in our 13 year old tar paper roof. They replaced all the rotted wood and repainted it to match our existing overhang. I think we dodged a bullet by having the new roof installed now before we had any leaks that penetrated into our home interior. "Overall they did a very good job, the roof looks very nice, and they were done in the expected amount of time. They kept the job site clean for the most part and tried to clean up any nails or loose debris that might cause damage, and even hauled off an old door that I was waiting to haul to the dump which was very helpful. There was an issue with the invoice showing more wood being replaced than was actually replaced, but I believe this was due to miscommunication between the workers and the office but it was corrected quickly and a new invoice was sent right away. It would probably have helped if anyone on the crew that was here spoke more than a few words of broken English so that communicating with them would have been easier, but they were friendly and tried their best to communicate with me as necessary. The biggest issue was when we needed to discuss replacing certain pieces of fascia and make other necessary changes and we were unable to communicate clearly with each other on what should be replaced and what should be left alone, which may have also resulted in the initial invoice mixup. All in all, I am very satisfied with the work performed, and if I needed another roof installed or needed any repairs on any of my houses I would not hesitate to call Wildcats Roofing again."
