"Glenn was courteous, personable and informative. He takes his time with customers to explain both the current state of things in their home and how to use whats being installed. The install was difficult and ended up taking triple the time yet Glenn didnot charge much more than a few extra bucks for extra material. He even carved out extra time after to give me 2 additional quotes. He is phenomenal and as a woman who has been taken by a good number of less than reputable contractors he has now gained a lifetime customer."

He came in and got into the details of our electrical system. By the end of the visit he was covered in dust and had a few pages worth of notes for us.
