"This project turned out quite well and the overall experience was better than I had expected given the potential for disruption caused by electrical work being done in every room of the house for nearly two weeks. Full Service Electric is a small, well-run company and Mike and his crew were friendly, professional, and considerate of our home and daily schedule. Emily came to the house for the initial discussion about the scope of work, and Mike did a walk-through the week before the job started. Mike and/or Emily were on the job every day, communication about the work was clear and informative, and the work itself was of high quality. (Details: We provided a basic electrical plan at the start of the job, and each day we moved and covered furniture and protected household objects as needed. They used drop-cloths on the floor surfaces of each work area, patched the plaster where holes were created in the walls to pull wires or replace switches, and cleaned up at the end of each day.) Mike is familiar with the unique challenges of rewiring an older home and his estimates for the amount of time and the cost of the work were accurate and reasonable. He was flexible and responsive throughout the project, offering good suggestions that enabled us to make minor changes and upgrades as we saw the work progress. The rewiring was the first phase of our house renovation and we intend to hire Full Service Electric for the future kitchen remodel."

The install had some quirks due to the unit not being straight forward to install in keeping with code, but the electrician explained how he was going to change the wiring to the unit in order to meet code and preserve the weather proofing. He was polite and friendly, gave me an extra warranty due to the unusual situation, and helped me pair my phone with the correct app for charging. He also quickly diagnosed and fixed my outlet. A problem occurred the next day which caused 3 blackouts within 30 minutes; I called my Client Rep & the office, who promised an electrician that same morning. Well, the electrician - my Client Rep - was at my home within the hour after a 40-minute drive! Yes, he did fix the problem and it has been fine since. Also, the electrician team installed new lights in previously dark rooms (2-story garage, master bedroom, breakfast nook, AND heirloom chandeliers in a two-story ceiling!
