"The project was installation of a lightning protection system which is not listed as a choice in this survey. WB Lightning Rods is an excellent company which scheduled the job quickly and the owner, William, installed a full lightning protection system. He explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with and I can highly recommend him and his company."

"Sensible Home Services came out and fixed outlet issues I was having in multiple rooms, and the experience was exactly what you hope for when you call a service company. They showed up on time, communicated clearly about what they found, and took the time to make sure everything was working safely before they wrapped up. What I appreciated most is that they provided options before proceeding, so I could decide what I wanted to do based on price and what made the most sense for my home. They explained everything in plain language, answered questions without rushing me, and then completed the work cleanly and professionally. Every outlet they worked on is solid now, and I feel a lot better knowing it was corrected the right way. I’d recommend Sensible Home Services to anyone needing electrical repairs, especially if you want a dependable team that gives you choices and does the job right."

"They did everything that was needed and were timely in getting the job done. They were great about not needing to be constantly supervised or checked on. Would recommend to everyone"

"I would definitely hire Tri-Star electrical solution again. He was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He installed my ceilings fans and chandeliers precisely without error. Thank you for responding quickly and scheduling services. Great prices also!"

"The 2 men (Rolando/friend) who came did a great job; the friend could speak no English (hard to communicate with him). HOWEVER, I asked for what was stated when I searched out local "Electricians" to be a "FREE Estimate," and I thought that's what they were doing as they pulled things apart. BUT they repaired the overhead light/fan switch without telling me the cost first. When I asked the cost Rolando politely said he didn't know and his boss would send a bill. The cost ($289) was more than we paid for the light/fan in the first place a year ago!!! Had I known that up front, I would not have hired them. I responded to the bill sent to me from David Hill that I thought $289 for an hour (or less) of work was steep; he responded that I should value their work & his costs more. That he'd already discounted the bill (which required NO PARTS) by $100 &, with all that, my cost was just $12 an hour!! With that discount, the job would've been $38; outrageous! I won't use him or Angie's again"

"Lawrence did an outstanding job from start to finish. He installed a dedicated electrical circuit for our new mini-split in my kids’ room, repaired and organized several electrical wiring issues around the house, and installed an exterior fan—all with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything, kept the work area clean, and made sure every detail was done right. His professionalism, reliability, and pride in his work really stood out. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable electrician who genuinely cares about quality, I highly recommend Lawrence. I’ll definitely be calling him again for future electrical projects!"

"The contractor installed exterior light fixtures and evaluated an intermittent power interruption to the house. He acted as a go between with NES and followed up to ensure the problem had been corrected."

"It wasn’t just that the two contractors did a superb job on installing a line from my pool power box to my workshop; it was all the extra service they provided which really made a difference: 1. Helping me find a problem in socket within my kitchen and then follow-up on fixing related “anomalies” from my work on that socket 2. Taking time to trouble shoot garage door opener that had plagued me for weeks. 3. Retuning to replace a breaker that had blown when I incorrectly hooked up wire within my shop. All at no extra charge. Thanks, guys"
