The men who came to do the installation were professional, careful and took time to make sure the results were as "invisible" as possible. We feel more protected after our lightning protection installation. But you never know how successful something is if the proof is in something never happening! But we'll take it."

I called Eric and even though I still had power, he came within an hour to evaluate, concerned it was an emergency, after normal working hours. Early next morning he came and completed the repair. "Quality work! Frank came out for three jobs.. Two electrical jobs and one outdoor project. 1) installed new lights in my basement and moved the switches to a more logical location. 2) removed an old lamp post outside and shut off the electrical lines that ran to it. When my wife and I decide what kind of lighting we want outside, we will be hiring him again for the install. 3) removed several small-medium boulders from the property. "Not well as it should have, either with their organization or with the installations. Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence."

"Steve Daigle estimated the job. He listened carefully to exactly what I wanted which was 240 volt/50 amp capability to keep a hot tub running enough to prevent freezing in the cold weather. Then he left and spent another day researching and communicating with me until he found the perfect solution. We ended up installing two Ecoflow Delta Pro 3's and a 50 amp hub and a switch that removes the entire house electrical system from the grid and runs every circuit in the house off of the batteries. Morrice installed the system in one afternoon and it works perfectly! It's a nice tidy installation and way above my expectations!"
