I don’t think it was a bait and switch – it did seem to take more time – but I’d like it if they’d notify you about the extra charges for recessed panels. I might use them again; I'd certainly get an estimate for a future job."

The very tall chimney was a lightning magnet, and he used a custom attachment for it and a low profile system to suit our home, did a perfect job with the grounding cable, it can hardly be seen from the ground. He also provided a free inspection to an existing lightning rod system on the barn and our building. Very reasonably priced, and we are very happy with our new investment. "Danny came on a service call to look at an exterior outlet that did not work when I bought my house years ago. He did a lot of detective work to find out where the issue was, and gave me some repair options. He recommended scheduling a new appointment with a half-day deal, rather than continuing the repair with the service call rate. He also gave me a list of supplies that I could pick up in advance to save some time (and money). When he came back, he installed a new junction box, connected the wires to a circuit (it didn't work because the wires were just tied off), and replaced and sealed the outlet. He had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher in the process, and cleaned up the work area well. Danny was very nice, answered all my questions, and took the time to do things right. "They were here very early on Saturday they finished the job in one day and were very professional about it. They didnt waste any time starting the job in two hours time they had acomplished a lot on my roof. They were at my place for 8 hours and I didnt see one of them take a break for a smoke or to even eat anything I don't even think they used the bathroom the hole time they were at my house. I was very impressed with the job that they did and how quickly they got it done in the cold weather.
