Communication was clear and responsive. My two bathroom floors are absolutely beautiful and were done on time and on budget. He even installed two new toilets and a moisture proof underfloor in my master bath in case I want to remodel the shower in the future. Things I hadn't considered but so glad he did. I was pleasantly surprised about how neat and clean he left the work areas and finished floors. He was stellar in every way and I wouldn't hesitate one bit to recommend him or ask him to do another job.
