"Flooring to be installed next week. Carpet with moisture barrier"

"They were great! Very responsive, quick workers, the floor looked perfect. No complaints!"

"Utah Flooring and Design provided the most competitive bid for the installation of vinyl plank flooring in our Park City UT condo. Cameron, the estimator, was spot-on with the quantity of materials procured with only a half-dozen planks left-over which we will keep incase a replacement is needed. And Mitch, the installer, was professional and fastâ ¦and our flooring looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you for helping us through a major home renovation project."

"The scheduler did not tell me I had to furnish materials, so wrapping porch columns in vinyl could not be done. I assumed quoted price included materials. It did not. The workman who did the other jobs (repairing stairs, cutting off a door, fixing an ill hanging door and repairing two cabinet hinges) did a good job. However the scheduler corrected the price and quoted $1257 for the work accomplished, which only took 6 hours. That is over $200 an hour. Happy with the work, unhappy with the price."

"The work was performed and completed in a timely manner, they were very professional and courteous, and I absolutely was not disappointed with the completed install. I plan on using them again for the excellent quality of work as well as the affordable pricing for their services. 10/10 would recommend."

"We are VERY pleased with Sterling Handyman & Repair! Excellent work, friendly service, fairly priced, easy to communicate with, prompt and punctual, skilled and experienced! We hired Sterling to install a wooden railing and handrail and the end result was beautiful! He was so easy to work with and brainstorm ideas with. Finishing touches are top quality. Very apparent that he has years and years of handyman experience. Such a nice man, very respectful and honest, we really enjoyed having him work in our home. We highly recommend Sterling Handyman & Repair!"

"They did a phenomenal work, I was pleased with the quality of service and they're very high quality service provider."

"A dependable and incredibly talented constructor/craftsman Dragon son has being working with us since 2019 when we hired him to build a full-scale porch with concrete floor at the front of our house. The project was challenging because our front roof was quite low but we wanted the porch to have a high roof! In a serious effort to meet our request, He creatively constructed a sturdy grand looking porch overhang that is connected to the roof of the house. As a result, not only does the porch looks great but the construction completely transformed the look of our house, which now stands tall and so magnificent! Over the years, Dragon son has done numerous jobs for us, including remodeling our rental properties. He is capable of doing almost anything: framing, flooring, plumbing, backyard decks etc. The decks he build are so stable that feels like concrete floors when walking on it. The kitchens and bathrooms he remodeled are always so attractive that the units are rented out right away. In fact, we still ask Hiram to take care of all the maintenance work for our rental properties. Before we met Dragon son our experience with contractors was not the best - we remember contractors taking our money but not coming back to do the work in a timely fashion. This never ever happens with Dragon son who is just so reliable. Not only can you count on him with his estimates, which is always fare and competitive, but also on the quality of his work, which often exceeds your expectations."

"We love our backsplash. Work done in a very timely manner. Very professional . Very careful to take care of new countertops while installing. Took a lot of time to answer all questions and concerns ."
