"The process was very Professional. Greg came out and evaluated my old shingles roof and gave me a price to install a new metal roof. He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"First of all-Dream Home only offered one window, the best as far as I was concerned.  I had great windows in our older home in NC and moved to a new home in NC with awful fitting windows.  So now I have great windows again here in GA.  We decided on them right away. We did talk to competing companies.  We were offered wood windows that required painting or cheaper material windows-same pricing.  We did have 2 full fiberglass doors installed also.  Ready for winter!!   Thanks, Dream Home"

"Devon and Casey were great, came out and took some measurements and were back within a few days to put the caps on. Unfortunately, the measurements were a bit off for one of the caps and they had to remanufacture it before they could install it. The guys were really awesome and came out on a Saturday so that the cap was installed before Tropical Storm Irma came through. They also took pictures of the installation so that I could see the work they did. Unfortunately for me, I found a few leaks along the chimney, post storm and at first I was concerned that maybe the flashing was damaged during the pan installation. Steve and the guys listen to my concerns and came back out to reinspect everything, which I really appreciated. They were completely willing to step up and take responsibility. Bad news for me was that the flashing wasn't properly sealed around the metal roof, Good news for them was that they did everything right. I would totally recommend these guys and if I have any more chimney needs, they'll be the first I call."

"I purchased a home with extensive deck work surrounding a pool. The home inspector identified a large portion that was poorly constructed and had potential safety issues. I contacted Phil via Angie's list and he was very professional and responsive. After explaining the issue, he agreed to replace that part of the deck and do it correctly. He was able to meet our time frame and he and his crew did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Altus Building Solutions (Phil) for any type of deck work. I would not hesitate to hire him again."

"After an initial quote was agreed upon he (Zak) started on 5/24/25 on front porch which took awhile due to weather. It was completed 6/5/25. He (Zak) started on back porch/deck 6/5/25 and upon another inspection found 1 deck board the needed to be replaced. He continued working sanding the deck and did remove the 1 board to be replaced. After a few hours he said he was done for the day. He later sends a text and ask to pay the $124.34 for deck screws and board. All I asked was for to see receipt of material for the board. That resulted in him (Zak) telling me that’s a good price and it could and will be more if I do agree and pay this amount ($124.34). He also said that he thought that was a “**** good price”. I didn’t appreciate him speaking to me that way and the whole conversation is better told in text messages. All I want now is for someone else other than this (Zak) to just complete the job according to original contract."
