"The house has a limited amount of guttering so it wasn't an expensive job although another company wanted to charge us $1900- which is a big saving. It went well. I liked the person that talked to us and the guys that did the work got here on time and called us to give us a heads up when they were coming. They were late but called to warn us that they were running over time at their previous job but did it on the day they said they would. The sales pitch from both companies was that they would completely clean and refill all the gutters - make sure that there were no leaks and make sure that the attachments to the floor were running properly. However, that wasn't done - they didn't do that. As it turns out, my gutters weren't that old and they seemed to be working fine- it is not like there is a problem. They came out to test the gutters but didn't run any water and I never saw them with any caulking and so they didn't comply with that promise part of the service. It had been raining and gutters seem to be flowing fine and the guards are in place."

"Greg was very informative and had pictures of the products available to replace my old roof. He matched the shingles to a more recent shed that was built which was great. Responds promptly to text and kept me informed through the entire process. The crew working on my roof were very polite, hard working and you’d never know they had been to my house. Although my husband and I were here and watched them try really hard to located the bangning pipe, the pipes still seem to bang a lot. (My husband later did some further padding of pipes outside the wall near the hot water heater and that seemed to help a little) The drywall repair was fine,  but the paint job , left to a helper, had to be redone.

The attempt to fix the gap in the double doors by thick weatherstripping and lifting one door only made it impossible to open and close the door .  In order to open the door, my husband had to rip off most of the foam weatherstripping and to lock it again, he has to use something to lift the one door enough to get the  lock to line up with the latch .  We now believe that the cause is settling of the house and we will need new doors and new framing.  It would have been better if we had just been told "this is not fixable" instead of the attempt that cost us over $200 and made things worse

"This provider was consulted after the initial installation of a deck that was now about 1 year old and beginning to show signs of failure.  The very first visit he was up front that this deck was not only built poorly but not to code and that there was no way to repair it.  He went on to say that to properly reconstruct it not only would it have to be completely rebuilt but built much better than the first one at a greater expense to the company who hired the initial contractor.  He further told me that he would not take on this project unless he was allowed to do it properly to maintain his reputation.  He spend a great deal of time and energy going fairly high up the corporate chain at this corporation to get approval to spend almost $5000 more to properly build this deck.  The workers were professional and did a great job on the installation and cleanup, even installing a giant post so my children could swing over the pool.  I am planning on hiring him again in the near future to do more deck work for me.  Would highly recommend without hesitation."

The sales representative, Paul, did a fantastic job of looking over my entire home. I could see him taking pictures and measurements. I appreciated his throne us and he was easy to understand.
