"Quick to schedule me and good quality of work. UPDATE 8/23/22: Our experience with this company will sound outrageous to any decent human being. We hired them to install a range hood in September 2021. They showed up and did a good job installing it for us. Then they suggested we also install a vent cover which they could make it for us for $200. We thought it would be nice to cover the vent so we agreed and paid them to bring it to us later. Then things started to escalate from here. They promised to drop it off on Oct 6, DID NOT show up. Then on Nov 1, my husband contacted them, they promised to drop it off the second day, DID NOT show up. My husband contacted them three times in December (Dec 1, 16, and 17), and they replied on Dec 17 saying that they would bring it on the 24th, DID NOT show up. Contacted them again on Dec 30, said they would come, DID NOT show up. Ever since then, they stopped replying to our messages. We texted them at least once a month, with NO RESPONSES AT ALL. Yesterday (August 23, 2022), I called them and someone picked up. I confronted them and they told me they NEVER came to where I live to do any job! This is completely unprofessional and outrageous. We gave them the benefit of the doubt but they failed us over and over again. They either deliberately lied to us or they intentionally stole from us! It is disgusting! Today is August 23, 2022. we called them and an automated voice said, this number has a caller restriction which prevents us from calling them!!! We tried to be as civilized as we can but this is beyond unacceptable. If this is how they do business with everyone, then they will be out of business in no time! We will expose them on every platform they are on so no one else will fall for their despicable act!"

"Worked started at the time agreed, progressed as discussed and completed on time. The work and the staff were all professional and well done. Carpet removed, air ducts cleaned, floors, walls, ceilings, closets, appliances (ie everything within the walls of the condo - about 1600 sq ft - was cleaned and deodorized). "The short version of this review is that our floors are beautiful and are one of our favorite parts of the house now. We could not be happier with the work that Wildwood did! Full story, we were remodeling part of our home, which included refinishing all the hardwood on our main floor. Our contractor attempted to do the floors themselves and completely botched the job. Even with a full schedule and short notice, Jody came to our rescue faster than we could have hoped. Within a week of contacting Wildwood, the team got in and had the floors looking amazing. They even worked over a holiday to get the job done. A short time later, our contractors scratched the floor in one of the bedrooms. It took 1 call and within 24 hours Jody had his guys back out to take a look at the damage and the the issue was promptly fixed. 2 months later, our contractor damaged the floors again. Again, within 2 hours Jody was back at our home to look at the damage and the following week the floors were perfect. Working with Wildwood was by far the easiest part of a remodel which turned out to be somewhat of a nightmare. Caleb, Josh and Nick were professional, punctual, friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. They even went out of their way to clean up some messes left by the contractor. It was refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in doing quality work. I cannot say enough good things about Wildwood. "These guys did a fantastic job on my garage floor. I've done epoxy myself, on my garage floor in a previous house, and this was hands down a better option. The machines they used to do the prep work were amazing. It ground off everything and got the concrete prepped nicely. The product they used was also heavy duty and high end. At their recommendation we did a full flake covering and it was a great choice. It's been about six months and it's holding up beautifully. The finish is still perfect and I have no doubt it will hold up for years to come. These guys were honest, friendly, punctual, had a great price, and overall did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend them for your floor covering needs."
