My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

He actually wasn't there, and there were finishing touches that were poorly done, e.g. the metal trim around the roof and the paint job was incomplete. I sensed he hadn't seen it by his response.
