"New water heater was installed well with a couple little issues along the way which I felt the installer turned back on me and that put me off. Price was higher than I would have expected but thought based on reviews on this site it was likely a good quality company so you would pay a bit more than expected Was told I would receive information following installation for use to receive a rebate from the gas company. Received no mail or phone calls. I called to follow-up twice and each time the individual I needed to speak to was busy so I left my contact information to get a return call. I never received any return call. I rated "D" overall because I expect good to excellent customer service BEFORE AND AFTER an installation. I feel I overpaid for the product and installation to end up with no follow-up."
