I called on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend and spoke to Josh and within minutes Logan one of the technicians called to let me know he was on his way. Unfortunately, the pump was stuck. It took quite a few attempts, days and hard work from Logan and other crew members. Finally, Brad with C & J Well called on that following Friday morning and said he was on his way and he will get the pump out. "Great. We had a new sump pump installed a few weeks ago and the company who did it thought our exterior drain might be clogged, but they did not do this type of work. I called Plumbing, Heating Paramedics and was able to schedule a time a few days later. The service team member was friendly, professional, he wore a mask and booties. He was able to verify the drain was clear. Minor issues he did not get the cover on the drain in the lawn on all the way and he did leave a booties on the porch, but just small oversights."

"I had never owned a well before and it went out. No information had been left by the previous owner so I had no troubleshooting. Hamilton Bros. arrived within one hour of the call, whereas others would have taken days. I asked pointed questions of the employee so I would know what to look for and he answered all of them thoroughly. The pressure tank is what had gone out, they refilled the tank and checked the well, finding water softener filter in the pipe and they cleaned that out. They turned off the water softener for me and told me how to get the filter pellets out of the lines inside the house. And now I know what to look for if the problem starts again, long before the water goes out."

Got a response within 20 minutes of posting my problem. A technician was scheduled to be here by 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was here approx. 8:20 a.m., assesed the problem, gave me the breakdown (best case/worse case scenerio, which is how I like to approach things). Work began on schedule; had a few "bumps in the road" - but the problem was taken care of. I can't say enough good things about the customer service, expertise, and the peace of mind to know a bad situation was going to be addressed and solved. Fantastic company to work with; I highly recommend!"
