"The truck with two service providers with extra long hose to reach the tank in the backyard arrived promptly as scheduled. The men were very polite and professional as they worked very diligently to complete the job which took longer than usual due to long neglected maintenance. They took the time and concern afterward to educate us on the need to do the necessary maintenance on the septic system to avoid more costly work and repairs which I greatly appreciated.
