This guy is very dedicated to what he does, even if it means getting absolutely SOAKED in 30 degree rain and wind. He was very polite and explained things very well. He told us exactly where and what our problem was, and didnâ t push himself on us to get the job of fixing it. Luckily my dad was able to fix it for us to save us the expense of replacing an entire pipe, but without Zach we wouldnâ t have known anything. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater.
