"America Construction was very responsive, they were quick, and they worked with our schedule to accommodate our needs. My husband and I have used this company for our basement floor remodel as well as small repair jobs around the house. Great company, highly recommend!"

"The service went fine. I wanted them to test if the carbon monoxide was leaking or something for the safety and also do the cleaning. The guy that came out, didn't do any cleaning. The good side was that he found that it was leaking; but the other hand, he said the machines were pretty old. He can give some special price, if I want to make some major repairs. I was not interested because of my purpose in the beginning was just to check the safety. On the other hand, I was disappointed because he didn't do anything about the cleaning. He came on time. I got what I paid for. The price was okay because he didn't charge more. He tried to answer all my questions. He came on the appointed day."

"For many years we had a damp and sometimes wet basement. Especially after heavy rains. After Flood Busters installed their system, very promptly and efficiently, the basement has been bone dry, inspite of the heavy rains we have had all across Harford County during the past year. There has not been a single damp or wet spot anywhere. JLow"

"We had a clogged kitchen drain that would not drain even after putting a 75 foot snake through it. I called Kelly for a service call and he scheduled me an appointment. Shortly after, he called back to get more details. He offered another solution to try first before he came and charged me. I tried his other solution and it fixed our problem. He even called back the next morning to make sure everything was good and we didn't need his services. Extremely honest and professional. Saved me a bunch of money and was very helpful. Would hire again in the future."

"First, Ira did a whole house inspection, and provided us with extensive education and recommendations to make our plumbing most efficient and our water safe. He presented all our options, many of them minor cost or free, even taking care of some of it while he was there. Our house has unique limitations, and he figured out solutions customized for us.
He wrote up all the recommendations, with no sales pressure at all. We opted to move forward on two items, repair of air conditioner condensation filter and piping, and to add a water filter and faucet to our kitchen which we wanted for our drinking water anyway.
Ira arrive on time for both appointments, calling to confirm on the way. Great communication. He did not rush through the job, on the contrary, he took the time to explain everything to us. The work was done well, and Ira was highly professional. I'd recommend Pipes and Pumps to anyone.
