The “new” appearance of our home, at each window, is pleasing, and it blends in well with our existing exterior siding and trim and our interior paint schemes. Most importantly, however, I want to take this opportunity to say that we were extremely impressed with your crew, Bill Sr. & Bill Jr. Quagiata, assisted on one day by Scotty & Paul. The Quagliatas were very professional; on-time, careful and thorough in their work and very accommodating to our questions and concerns, throughout the project. They were all meticulous in their workmanship, especially when some of the prescribed (20+) openings in our thirty-seven year old home had deteriorated, or weren’t quite “square”. Each of these very competent professionals went out of his way to ensure that everything was done perfectly. Throughout the four-day job, it seemed to us that were they handling our project as they might if they were actually working on their own homes. "We just had Scarpone and Sons replace our roof in the middle of winter!! They chose the perfect day to rip off the existing roof and replace it in a little over a day. Lucky for us it stopped snowing just long enough for them to do what they do. They were efficient, fast, and did an excellent job. The roof no longer leaks and we are so happy! I highly recommend them to do YOUR roof. In fact we recommended them to a couple that were thinking of replacing their roof."

"I have an appointment for him to come this year. I only use him once a year. About this time of year I call him. I have a double and some of my windows are giant windows. Some of the windows are screen so he does not do all the window. He is very reasonable that's why I call him. He only lives around the corner from me so I don't know if that's the reason but I am not questioning it. He is very nice. I call him and make an appointment because sometimes he is very busy. When I call him I ask if he can come within a week. But if he is not easy he will come within 2 or 3 days. This time I waited a week which I do not care. Price is reasonable. He knows what he is doing. He has to use a ladder. I leave him a message and some times I have to wait a day for him to call me back but I know he will call me back. He comes very early like 8 in the morning. It is always very early in the morning. He is very nice, very nice. I have been using him for years. He use to be cheaper but I do not complain. I am very happy with him that is why I call him every year."
