"This company is the BEST! Now I know why they have such great reviews. From the start when I called the lady answering the phones (wish I remembered her name) she was so pleasant and very helpful. She followed through with me from the start on my service. I had an appointment the very next day. Jake, the service provider, was prompt and I didn't have to wait. He wore a mask which was important to me bc my mom is 100 yrs old and bed bound. I have been careful letting people in her home. He was absolutely wonderful! He was so knowledgeable & thorough checking everything from inside home including attic and outside condenser unit. He cleaned out all the dirt & debris, leaves and some ants accumulating in the outside condenser. He explained how the unit operates and what he was doing when he had to flush it out. He also told me my attic fan was not working and gave me some options to keep my system working properly. He stayed here for over an hour. With all the work he did I figured the bill would be very high. I was shocked that the bill was really fair. This company and Jake were amazing. During this time with the Covid19 you usually have to wait on everything. I was amazingly surprised. I have already recommended All Star Plumbing & Air to several people. "Very good. He showed up and we looked at water drainage together and knew that I had to move my above ground pool for him to get to pipes. He put a pump in pool to start draining it and his wife called. who was pregnant. She was on the way to hospital because of possible labor. He had to leave, but came back that afternoon as soon as his wife got to go home and fixed the well. We moved the pool the next day and he came back the next morning and fixed the pipe. He and his helper were great!!! Very professional and truthful. I will be calling back when I get the money to get pipes replaced. <br />"

"The crass cutting is going okay but the weed service is not the best. We thought they would come once a month to clean up and spray the weeds but no one is showing up for that. The sprinkler system is not working properly also. It is leaking and not reaching all areas, we are missing some sprinkler heads. They charged us for over 150, but we only have about 58. We have called them several times to fix the issue; they have fixed the leaks but have not installed any additional sprinkler heads."
