Work was completed in 2 days with all trash removed. Our replaced bathroom is now the star of the house! We have hard wood floors and new work matched flooring with no noticeable change. The thought hadn't even occurred to me until Jim’s call, and I appreciated that he took the time, even outside of normal working hours, to communicate with me and make that recommendation, since I was able to avoid any kind of burst pipes or other issues. I highly recommend Jim, OHI, and his entire team (again, a shout out to both Juan and Shorty, who were always friendly, helpful, and left the house cleaned after each project). He’s an experienced and knowledgable contractor who can quickly assess problems and offer solutions, and I value and appreciate the work he’s done on my property."
