He brought a crew of 7 who worked 12 hour days for 2 days and then finished up and installed gutters on a 3rd day. They were very professional and thorough. It was obvious they took pride in their work. They cleaned absolutely everything up when they were finished and my lawn looked better than before they started. The whole job took a long time but they did good work. I sent some questions to them by mail but they said they did not receive any mail. Some of the workers they sent to do the work were very nice. I have a warranty for the work so, hopefully, everything will be fine."

"We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore."

We followed our usual care, getting estimates and recommendations from multiple places and, in the end, there was no contest. From our initial sit-down to the completion of the job, service was excellent; attention to detail, communication, etc. were exceptional. Jacob and Garrett Day spent a lot of time explaining the process, showing the actual materials to be used, time expectation of completing the job, etc. Despite my persistent attention to detail, and multiple queries, there was no question they didn't answer completely to my satisfaction. The job was completed in two days. When they left, there was not a bit of debris left behind; they left the property spotless. Because of the close proximity of houses on either side, they exercised great care in protecting not only my property but that of my neighbors.
