"We met Mike several years ago at the Home Show and had him come to our home to discuss the job we needed done. He arrived on time and explained everything with a fair quote. (I replaced the wreath at the end of the day, mama robin came back, and babies started hatching the next day!) It's those extra little things that make a difference that make these guys so special!! After all, they're family men, too, and understand those random personal things that might be important to you. "This was the first big project I have ever hired a contractor for and to be totally honest I had no idea what I was getting into. You hear all these horror stories about contractors but Goose was an exceptionally wonderful surprise. We started our journey by replacing the roof on my porch, which is again my oasis and no longer a small rainforest. Then we moved on to bigger and better things... like an entire basement overhaul. The entire process he kept me in the loop (very important for type A personalities like me), he was methodical in his planning and approach to the entire project, and he delivered a final product that exceeded what I had envisioned.
