They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

In small bathroom in the house they replaced fiberglass shower/tub with new porcelain tub & custom tile, plumbing fixtures & access door to plumbing, new toilet, exhaust heater/fan, light fixtures, vanity, ceramic tile on floor, drywall & painted cabinets & walls. Ray also replaced our roof from hurricane storm damage. I’m happy with the results. Ray addressed any questions/changes I had until I was happy. They worked with us thru Covid, two hurricanes, and Ray’s fall from someone else’s roof. They cleaned up any mess they made and left the area clean. We have gained a friend as well with Ray. "(Job was started around Jan. 7th) My roof looks good but the chimney looks horrible! If you are looking for a roofer that is punctual, efficient, and completes the job in a timely manner, then Bear's Cajun Roofing is not the company for the job. In all fairness, we had lots of cold and rainy weather that interfered with the installation, but even on the days that weather permitted we never knew if or what time the workers would show up. It took a month for work to be completed, which was very frustrating. Needless to say the job isn’t completed, where they left the trash til this day it’s still in same spot where it was left. Also some of the tin isn’t screwed in certain spots. After numerous times being lied to about coming back I’ve decided to have someone else to come finish the job!"
