He was very punctual, professional, friendly, and down to business. Totally impressed with the way he solved the problem and made sure that answered all of my questions. "Edmund and Wes where extremely professional and knowledgeable. Showed up right on time. They were able to determine that there was not a leak. Pertaining to the water pressure, Edmund identified the problem immediately as an old compensator that was part of the original main water line. He replaced it and we went from 50 PSI to 70 PSI through the entire house. The pressure on the second deck is strong just like the pressure in the basement. They are now my go to plumbing team in Leesburg."

"Upon responding to a call late in the evening (already a plus), provider arrived around the time he had offered,  Starting to look at controls technician new right away the brand and then proceed to check and test the pump.  Afer a couple of trials found that the capacitor was not working.  Luckily he had one in stock (another plus for the service) and replaced it.  While not an expert myself, not sure the cost of parts but the charge inheritly has an opportunity cost that is crucial to make repais.  Well done!

David came out and replaced our existing sub pump and installed a battery back up pump. He was on time and communicated with me exactly what he was going to do. When he was done he explained how both pumps worked, I understood it very well. He cleaned the u very well.

"This is really a great company. Super-responsive, fair prices, and, most importantly, quality work done by knowledgable and hard-working folks. I initially called about a leaky kitchen faucet and the owner contacted me right away and was at my house within the hour. "Wonderful. There are few things worse than going down to your basement and finding muddy water pooled on the floor. We were able to take care of the standing water; however, we had to find the source of the leak. We called MJ Home and they were able to come out the same day, give an assessment, and by that evening we had an estimate. Another representative came out the following day to meet with my husband and discuss the exact plan of attack and the following day they were out there and the job was completed. Ira was on time and was very professional in every way.  He explained how the work would be done and said that he would let me know if there would be any additional charges.  As it turned out, there were no additional charges.  He replaced the outdoor faucet and then re-attached the hose to make sure it worked properly. 

He was courteous and professional.  I would hire Pipes and Pumps again.
