"Joe cleared the sink drain and turned the water off because I needed a new faucet. The old one was leaking and it was an expensive faucet so the repair would be expensive. I needed a new faucet because that one was corroded. He also checked the toilet to see if the water flow was o.k. and it was. Next I went out to Home Depot and purchased another wide spread faucet. Called Joe and he came out to install it. He is very courteous and efficient. He answered all of my questions. I would definitely hire Phill's Plumbing again."

"Alan came out same day within couple of hours to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Worked on it for some time, went above and beyond to get it drained but no luck' House is 50 + years old with cast iron pipes so I was not surprised when he said ones under the tub needed to be replaced. Had been giving us trouble for several years and had been getting worse. He wrote a proposal and said he could do the next day as it was too late to start that day. James the owner showed up early next morning and went over what needed to be done. Gave a fair price and Alan showed up hr or so later and got started. Worked all day bless his heart. Got drain running smoothly. It's been about 2 weeks and all still going great. Have had a number of plumbing jobs done in the past by different companies but James Degennaro was by far the best. Both he and Alan were great and professional and did great work and clean up. .Would absolutely hire again and recommend . So glad I found them. "When I needed a kitchen faucet replaced I went to HomeAdvisor. I received four responses. I sent them photos of the faucet, the replacement faucet and two photos of under the sink. Brian was the first to respond. Because of his schedule he couldn't help me since I wanted this done immediately. A few minutes later he called me to give me some information about the plumbing for the replacement. Whomever I hired Brian wanted me to know about the possible problem, even though he wasn't hired, he wanted me to know. I thanked him and hung up. But then I started to think about what he had done for me. He knew I was hiring someone else, but still he called. I called him back and hired him. he was on time. There were a few glitches, but he was prepared. I would recommend him to anyone."

I called Mr. Rooter in Long Beach at 8:10 AM and asked if they had someone who could come by. Within one hour Shai and his trainee Grant were at my door. While Shai worked clearing the clog while Grant did a thorough check of all my plumbing inside and out. I was very impressed with the work and even more impressed with their attention to detail.
