"Tried to reach my usual guy and a few others with no luck. I was lucky and just happened to reach Mike on the phone. While his crews were busy in other parts of the city, Mike personally stopped by within 20 minutes of the call and located the buried water supply value to the whole sprinkler system (that no one knew anything about!) and shut it off, so we could get turn the house supply water back on and take our showers. He is sending his crew within the next 24 hours to replace the leaking PVC pipe supplying the sprinkler system. I was extremely impressed by Mike's customer orientation and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to get me up and running! "Jose brought a team and they began working on replacing the smoke detectors, replacing the diverter and tub stopper - which turned into a trial as the diverter was an old piece and he had to go all over town to find a replacement. He installed electrical GFCI outlets in the kitchen, two baths, one in garage and one outside - and went above and beyond by replacing the receptacle housings as well. He also found a leak behind the tub and repaired it after asking permission. the cost was very reasonable and it would have cost me three times as much with a plumber. I would use Jose again and have recommended him to my realtor and other friends. Great job!"
