They basically had to strip the yard completely so that all the weeds and poison ivy could be removed and replanted 9 pallets of fresh grass. They fixed the sprinkler system and created a rock walkway between the garage and fence so that they could place their trash cans in the area. All the flower beds were cleaned out and fixed so that my daughter and her husband could plant fresh shrubs. All flower beds were mulched. And all of the yard debris was hauled away. "The 9 inches of rain from remnants of Patricia gave it the ultimate test and it performed beautifully. Whereas minor rain events caused ponding before, with the new drainage there was barely any standing water even as these heavy rains were ongoing.
The sprinkler system was trickier to fix than anticipated since a previous contractor had accidentally cut the electric lines between the nozzles. Rob and his crew were able to get everything back into working order.
Tree trimming also was handled professionally, as Rob carefully identified which branches needed trimming so as to let in sufficient light for the grass while maintaining the health of the tree.

"Tried to reach my usual guy and a few others with no luck. I was lucky and just happened to reach Mike on the phone. While his crews were busy in other parts of the city, Mike personally stopped by within 20 minutes of the call and located the buried water supply value to the whole sprinkler system (that no one knew anything about!) and shut it off, so we could get turn the house supply water back on and take our showers. He is sending his crew within the next 24 hours to replace the leaking PVC pipe supplying the sprinkler system. "We have been working with Remodeling Max for over two years now. It started when we first wanted to remodel all of our three bathrooms, which they were all done just before our house got completely flooded on Memorial weekend holiday of 2015. Remodeling Max was quick to come back and do a complete remodel for the whole house. The kitchen the bathrooms, the utility room, the garages, all the floors, doors, replace all the windows and adding shutters and crown moldings, door jams, windows sills and baseboards. In April of 2016, and just after the whole house was fully remodeled, our house got flooded again almost a full year after the first flood had happened. This time Remodeling Max came back and replaced all the damaged dry walls, floors, cabinets etc. They also changed all the interior and exterior doors and replaced all the trim moldings and garage doors yet again. They painted the whole house from the inside and the outside as well. After the second flood, we decided to add water drains in the back yard, also redid our wooden and metal fences. We added paver stone for all the back yard, the side yard, and the front yard as well. We also had stone retaining walls put up for all the outside area, redid the sprinkler system, built a patio/gazebo with a fire pet under the patio. We then added outdoor water mist and fans to enjoy ourselves in the hot summer. Remodeling Max also ended up completely replacing our house roof, replaced all the damaged siding, fascia boards, soffits and gutters. They also updated all the electrical wiring, the plumbing lines, and replaced our main electrical box. They moved all the gas lines to our new appliances which they also installed for us. Our house now looks so awesome. We had Remodeling Max change the layout of all the bathrooms and the kitchen. They opened up walls and added loadbearing beams to allow the new open-floor-plan to be possible. I can’t say enough, we are very happy. The new lighting, which was done by Remodeling Max, in the whole house has also improved all the areas dramatically. We also put in under cabinets lighting. The selection of the countertops was right on, we had gotten exotic granite to put in the kitchen and the bathrooms. One last thing, Remodeling Max, had custom built our office, library, entertainment center, and all of our closets carpentry work."
